We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that certain products may be exempt from this policy due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at merotecho@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of your item. Please include your RA number with your return package to expedite the processing of your return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team to initiate your return. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
